Calvin is now more boy than baby. But every now and then we get a glimpse of the baby he used to be. When your kids grow up, it is a sad and happy time all at once.

Calvin shall hence-forth be called destructo-bot! He loves ripping paper! 

Shadow expermintation. Can I make my shadow tickle the goose? 

Calvin: "Can I hold your hand for just a little while."
Abby: "Ok, but can you hurry it up? We are holding up the line..."

Peter and Gwen play in the sandbox. Loads of toys in there! 

Grandma Dale and Calvin share some playtime with a soccer ball. Roll it to him and he will throw it back. 

Calvin and Abigail share a hug. Its always cute to see. Luckily I caught one of the hugs on camera. 

Peter plays with Gwen in the bedroom. Soon Peter will be retiring from being a kindergarten teacher. What a loss. He is fantastic with kids. 

Peter Hyman, Pam's honorary uncle, paid us (really the kids) a visit. Here he is playing with Play-Doh. He had Gwen playing for hours and hours. After he was gone, she slept for 4 hours!

Here is a beach bum. Gwen had a great time playing in the water. The waves kept on coming in, and she loved it!

Isn't it incredible how much Sean can fold his body? Calvin is having a grand-old time. 

Sean, Elizabeth and Gwen ejoy a stroll at the beach. "Let's throw some rocks!" says Gwen. Sean says, sure! Let's skip 'em! 

Sleeping babies are so adorable. Here is Calvin fast asleep on Barbara. Barbara was nice enough to let Pam and I sleep in a little. Something we never really get a chance to do since we had kids. 

On one of the cloudy days, you cannot really see too far into the water. Here is the entrance into the lake on a rock.

Talk about a beautiful sunset. This picture makes me want to go on vacation again, right now. The lake water was warm, even during the night, it was beautiful to swim at Bristol. 

Cool shades! I guess the flash of the camera is quite bright. 

Calvin enjoys his bottles of booze! This empty bottle was snagged by him sometime during the day. It was his favorite toy. 

Alexandria falls asleep in possibly the most uncomfortable position in the world. She slept like that for hours. 

Calvin and Dad share a moment at Bristol. The living room had a beautiful view onto the Lake. Relaxation time! 

Patrick and Theresa enjoying some cuddling. Patrick was the drunkest man there... except... he was not drinking!

Uncle Jay and Calvin hang out, and talk about the balloons. Calvin loves playing with Uncle Jay, and so does Gwen for that matter.

Hmmm... Calvin with some liquor? Nope, the bottle isn't open. But he had a great time playing with the bottle! 

Calvin and Salacious hang out. Salacious puts up with his rough handling, and loves to lay down next to him. Hopefully Calvin learns to be a little more gentle than Gwen. 

Gwendolyn is an avid reader. She can't read yet, but seems to know the stories by heart. She will look at books for hours.
